Led by Chef Warren Weekes — classically trained in French cuisine and seasoned by decades in luxury resorts and wellness retreats — our team brings refined culinary technique and heartfelt service to every table.

Chef Warren Weekes is a seasoned culinary professional with over 30 years of experience in luxury resorts, wellness retreats, and high-end private dining. Raised in the same Oregon town as James Beard, Warren began his culinary journey at age 13 and never looked back.

His style blends classic French technique with bold Southwest flavors, placing an emphasis on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. As the founder of Cactus & Sage Catering, Warren is passionate about creating memorable food experiences that bring people together — whether through a thoughtfully crafted private dinner, a soulful wedding feast, or an interactive culinary class.

When he’s not in the kitchen, Warren enjoys life in Arizona with his beautiful partner, Melissa, finding inspiration in the desert landscape, community connection, and the joy of sharing great food.
